Hey guys.

First time posting here so I apologize if I haven't posted in the right thread forum.

So I have an Inno3D RTX 4080 iChill GPU and since the day I bought it the white "GeForce RTX"logo doesn't light up. The iChill logo works fine tho and it syncs well with the rest of the system.

I'm using SignalRGB to control LEDs but other software didn't solve the problem either. Also the LED header wire from GPU is connected properly to my Mobo and as I said the iChill logo is synced.

My current Mobo is Gigabyte Z890 Eagle but before this one I had it on my previous Mobo which was a Z390 Auros Elite and the RTX logo didn't work on any of my motherboards.

Any help is appreciated.

Dunno how to post my screenshot so here is a link to it:

Hey there,

This is actually by design. That segment you refer to does not light up/have RGB, only the 'iChill' stuff to the right, and the little strip that goes underneath the 'GEFORCE RTX' badge.

Depending on the lighting chosen, and maybe the placement of an RGB strip, you might get it looking slightly better. But, nothing much else can be done, sadly.
