If the fan is defective this may be something only Gigabyte can fix and this would be the route I'd go as that card should still be under warranty.I cleaned the dist but the fan is making noise i . I tried to reapply the fan but it didn't work .then i tried to reseat the gpu many times in different positions but now i am left all alone asking for help. 🙁
Any help would be really appreciated

If there is quite a bit of dust buildup then you'll want to remove it immediately as that could damage the fan and possibly make the GPU run a bit hotter then it should be.

Sorry, I know it's not the answer you wanted but I really wouldn't mess with a GPU (besides cleaning) as doing more then that likely voids the warranty and the companies can tell as they put stickers over the screws on the PCB.Ok i will try😔😔
