My h60 95+ on all cores

i just bought my pc yesterday i have not overclocked ever think is at stock and i have noticed that when my pc is at full load eg editing on after effects the temperature are very high especially has i have a h60 which is a pretty decent cooler

my pc specs are

i7 3770k
gainward 670 gtx
16gb vengeance ram
750w silver power

i am thinking of calling the company up but any ideas guys

check the speeds of the pump, make sure it is actually working. also double check all the screw hold downs are screwed down. Yuo need to make sure the pump in running at full speed all the time.
