Question My Hard Disk Drive is restarting Frequently

I have 1Tb Segate barracuda 3.5 HDD it keeps restarting when read/write start on it i am using dual boot like ubantu and windows when my machine show me boot menu for OS selection then HDD won't restart but once i am select on of OS for starting computer, my HDD start restarting.

Once it restart then computer Hang for 1 min then start working for around 20 to 30 second after that once again restart hang for 1 min and start working 20 to 30 second again and this happening again and again.

Due to this my Computer required around 5 min to start.

A month ago this issue was come so i change my Power Supply i.e. SMPS. The issue resolve for 1 month but form last 3 days it comes again. So resolving this issue it is not feasible way to change SMPS monthly. So what should i do to resolve this issue.

Yes, Processor is E7500 2.93GHZ Core 2 Duo CPU, DG41CN Motherboard of Intel Corporation, 2 DDR2 of 2GB each MemoryChip ie RAM, with Zebronics ZEB-450W Desktop power Supply SMPS ie. PSU , and Seagte Baracuda 3.5 TB of HDD
