Hey all,
I swapped my motherboard yesterday and re-used one of my drives. I have a WD HDD. The drive is not appearing in windows with the letter D next to it. I can only see the drive on Disk Management and Device Manager. I am unable to assign it a letter. To be clear, I do NOT want to reformat the drive if i can avoid it.
I already reinstalled the drivers for the drive, that did nothing.
How do I get the drive to be recognized in Windows 10?
