My 1TB Toshiba DT01ACA100 Hard Disk has been slowed down very much. it has Bad Sectors on it. and it's very heated after starting the pc,.
My PC keeps booting up indefinitely. i have to move so many important files from that HDD to new a HDD because it has Bad Sectors on it. if PC boots up indefinitely i can't do anything. is there a way to speed up this HDD..?

If the PC is reading it, you can at least try software like Recuva or EaseUS to see what you can recover.

You're only going to find out if a method is successful by trying. There are only so many different ways I can tell you that nobody knows what will work out and if a method will work out.
if i change the circuit/pcb board and head of hard disk will that improve something..?
when the hdd turns on. head is sounds when moving. and the circuit board gets very heated.

  1. The circuit board is not related to bad sectors. Changing the PCB will not fix it.
  2. If you attempt to change the read/write heads, you will permanently kill any hope of retrieving any data from this drive.

That there is sound means nothing. If you're going to open up the drive, you should just save the time and send it to a recycling center now.

I can provide no more assistance to you. I think your options are clear, you just refuse to accept them in the hopes that someone will have a magic trick.

I have a lot of important data on my drive thats why I'm worried about to givivng it in the recover center.

A proper data recovery lab -- not some guys at a computer store -- is by far your best chance to recover this data. A legitimate firm will not care about your data unless they happen to come across something like child pornography.

You have to weigh the risk of a legitimate firm somehow misusing your data vs. the consequences of losing your data forever.

A month ago, you were advised to back up any data on this drive that was dying then.

Since you apparently did not follow this advice, it can't be very important.
I Sayed About It EarlierThat One Month Ago i Was Very Busy About Other Things, Life is Not Runs With Only a Single Thing. There Are So Many Other Things Which Are Also Important. This Thing is also important for me thats why i am asking questions about my hdd to you all.
