Question my high end pc is having very low fps?!

i recently got a high end pc but im having low fps on games that my pc should run atleast 80 fps. games like fortnite is always dropping to 30 fps and sometimes even 10 fpsand the game DOOM the 2016 doom. It should run atleast 60 fps onm ultra settings but my pc is running it on 40 fps. And games more intensive games like apex legends just crash it deosnt even let me in to the lobby it just crashes also doom eternal also crashes please help?!
i used malware detection applications and i ahve no malware !
no backround apps running

my pc doesnt have any malware or virus

cooling is very good my pc temps doesnt get higher than 65 degrees celcius

no bottlenecks

Specs:
RX 5700 XT Mech Oc
corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x8 total 16 gb 3200mhz ram
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus tuf b450 plus gaming motherboard
XLR8 500 gb m.2 ssd
barracuda 2tb hdd
seasonic focus 650 watt gold 80 plus psu

i am desperate please help me?!

Hi mate,

There could be a few different things at play. What is the resources usage like when the system slows to that extreme? Are there any background applications running?

I would also recommend doing a further deep scan using reputable antivirus and anti-malware software as the current threat profile is unlike anything ever seen before. It’s caught out a lot of people before where they don’t think they have malicious software and actually do!

hi yes i use anti malware apps and i have no malware and i have no backround apps running

i tried with msi afterburner all my mhz and speeds were okay
