Question my ingame graphic doesnt change when i change it (like shadow or shaders)

When i change my game settings like (shadow, texture details, shaders) my ingame is still same when i switch it high to low. also my fps is same like it wont even matter if i change my settings. now somehow my fps is around 100

my spec
motherboard: acer predator PO3-600
cpu: intel core i7 9700 3.00Ghz 3000 MHz 8core
gpu: Nvidia rtx 2060
ram:16 gb

i dont know what block the change. i tried change in nvidia gforce experience and still doesnt matter
