My Crucial 2X4GB DDR3L is shown half of it's speed 577Mhz on the system and supposed to be 1066Mhz on each Ram Module when I tried different Ram like 2GB with 4GB only this time is now shown 667Mhz.

How can I restore it to the original Speed 1066Mhz

My laptop is acer Aspire E1-15 / ES1-522-282T
Processor is AMD E1-7010 APU 1.5Ghz
Storage 1000GB/1TB
RAM was 4GB single DDR3L but upgrade to 8GB size and Speed of 1066Mhz

Yes I know it's Crappy System could be worst than Intel Atom or Celeron N2600 and N3060

Solution
DDR stands for double data rate. The effective speed is double the actual speed. DDR3L doesn't have that low speed in its specs.
