[SOLVED] My memory is not running the mhz as it’s supposed too

In my task manager I have my memory set to 2,400 but when I check the frequency of it, it says it’s running at 1,178 which I bought a new ram stick and it was the same frequency. Does anyone know how to fix this and actually but my frequency at 2,400?

ddr mean double data rate
1178x2 is close to 2400
