Question My mobile hotspot is connected but I am unable to access the internet.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 and I also have mobile hotspot included in my plan. My son has an IPhone 6S and a Lenovo Chromebook. They were both connected to my hotspot. Last night we were watching a movie on his computer and the webpage said that is was not working. We checked the internet and it was still connected at full bars. Same for his phone. I turned the hotspot on and off, reset my phone, and turned it off and let it sit overnight. I turned it on this morning and still nothing. Whats going on?

It says that it is connected to both and the wifi bars are completely full, but when we try to use an app or open a website on the phone or the computer, it will not load in.
