Hi,

I have recently built for the first time a gaming pc.
- MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX Motherboard
-32GB (2x16GB) Corsair DDR5 Vengeance
-AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core/16-Thread Processor
  • Gtx 1080 (waiting for new amd cards to come out)
  • 2tb WD m.2 nvme gen4 sn850x
  • running latest Windows 11 update.
I am only noticing this because my old gaming pc which had a standard ssd booted almost instantly.

It seems as if when I press the power button the screen doesn't find the signal for 5 to 10 seconds. I'm guessing this may be a bios setting but as this is my first own built pc there may be something I'm missing.

Any help will be massively appreciated.

Thanks 😊

That's work!! I don't know if I need to post a new thread but now in high tense games my games are crashing after heavy loads even though it could run on my old pc on the same settings.

Have you updated or using latest gpu driver for your gpu? Have you checked to make sure you have the latest bios installed for your new motherboard? Bios have been updated quite a bit due to introduction of DDR5. If there is a bios update, then I would install that and then try xmp again.
