Question My new motherboard not turn on after I put it in to case.

Hello My Friends,
When i try my new motherboard outside the case, my new motherboard turn on normal.
But when i put it into my old case, my motherboard not turn on.
My old motherboard seems not have any issue like my new motherboard.
Is there any related problem with my case grounding? because my case is lenovo thinkcentre case and fully made from metal.

i'm new here, i dont know what you mean with proper standoff,
I just screw it into my old case.
My old lenovo MoBo works, but my new MoBo Does not when i put in into my old case.

standoff is the little things that seperate the motherboard to the casing
