My new PC keeps turning off after being on for 30 seconds

Hello, the title basically explains my problem.
The PC that I have is the following: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/BPrtMp

I recently constructed the PC about an hour before posting this thread, and everything seems to working. However, after 30 seconds of my PC being on, it shuts itself off. I have went over all the wires time and time again to ensure that I have correctly plugged everything in. This had lead me to the conclusion that my power supply is not big enough for the PC.

As listed in my specifications, my psu is the Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply.

The estimated wattage for my system is 327W, and I am kind of feeling that PCPartPicker is lying to me based off of my findings. Can anybody else confirm my theory?

It is when idle it goes off after 30 seconds. And yes, I have tried the stock cooler and my CPU cooler, they both have the same end result. The CPU Cooler is sat correctly I have made sure of it. This is why I am believing it has to be the PSU. 327 watts seems ridiculously low for my system.

This is not a known thing it is because the CX600 series doesn't use all Japanese caps and the people who have had issues make a bigger fuss about it than those who don't. I installed well over a hundred of them into systems and maybe had one or two go bad within a year.

It sounds more like a heat issue.

This is a brand new system. I haven't even got windows installed as I am building from scratch.

I'm guessing there is no way to monitor temperatures without windows being installed XD

My GPU won't show display either, so I can't get to the BIOS.

New Update: I have tried different graphics cards to see if my card was faulty/broken, and either card did not show a display. I also tried two different monitors and none of them showed a display either. Also, my pc is still turning on for 30 seconds then restarting itself.

I have already re-applied the thermal paste, made no difference. I kind of think I may have a faulty motherboard, since no graphics cards seem to work on my board.

Ah, I see. I have already filed a replacement request to the company that I purchased the mobo from. It is within warranty.

Well, thanks for all your help. A replacement mobo will be coming shortly and I will refer back to this thread if it is a piece of shit like the last one :)
