Question My numpad key number 8 types instead (qwre...)

Hello I have a small issue, when I try to type with my numpad number 8 it instead writes something like this

qwer

I dont have any macro software or anything and already tried the keyboard on another system where it works ok. (also reinstalled the keyboard drivers)
So its a problem with windows probably...
