Question My pc crashed and it doesn't display anything now. Which component is at fault?

My pc crashed while I was running a game i had just downloaded. I almost thought the power went out when it crashed. After crashing, i tried turning the pc on but the button wouldn't work. I turned the psu switch off and on again, and then the pc started working again, the fans were spinning, the led on the gpu was working etc. The thing is it wouldnt display anything on the monitors, not even the motherboard's logo. when the pc is "on", the rgb on the mouse and the keyboard turn on for about 2 seconds, and then off, and then on again, like a cycle.
