My PC Has Some Issue's.

A couple weeks ago my PC started randomly restarting. To stop this issue I would have to switch what slots my ram was in. About 2 days ago my PC restarted except only the case fans turned on after the restart,changing the ram slots fixed it temporally as now I have the same issue and changing the slots failed to work. Furthermore I use a gigabyte motherboard and when I turn on the pc I hear 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. Any advice or help will be appreciated,

i think maybe the mobo needs replacing. or the ram is bad. or the cpu. there are so many possibilities

Can you borrow a couple sticks of DRAM to test with? Can also run MEMTest on your current DRAM, if it shows any errors then that may be the culprit...COuls also see about using a different PSU (if you have one or can borrow one (could well be a PSU starting to go bad)

I can't run memtest since all that turns on in my pc is the case fans meaning no memtest for me, I tried switching out my psu and it made no difference and how do I test my mobo?

They make various gadgets for that. Some go in the PCI slots.
