Right, so I built my system a few months back, and its been fine up until now. For some reason these things keep happening at the moment:

1. Sometimes my pc freezes when I turn it on on the Bios screen. I cant enter the bios or anything it just freezes and I have to restart.
2. I get a blank screen when I try to resume after sleep mode and have to restart.
3. Sometimes my cpu is at 100% load constantly for no apparent reason, even when im idle in windows and it slows my whole pc down.
4. When asked if I want to keep data after coming out of sleep mode, It's like im holding down the down key on my keyboard and I cant select anything and have to restart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

System Specs:

Intel Celeron G540 @ 2.5 GHZ
Asus HD 6670 1GB Graphics Card
Gigabyte Z77-D3H Motherboard
Power Station 400W PSU
Crucial M4 SSD 128GB
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHZ
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM

Have you used Windows update lately? If so, it could have installed something that's messing things up. I always install manually so I can pick and choose the appropriate updates. I would check to make sure all of your drivers are up to date also. Then again, it could be hardware failing, since you can't even get to the BIOS. You gotta start somewhere though right?

The intel Celeron processor wont support memory running at 1600mhz. Your memory is likely running at 1333mhz with possibly lower cas latencies, or maybe even 1066mhz... I do know celerons do NOT like being worked... and unfortunately their threshold for multitasking sucks. In my opinion, get a new processor. specifically the 3rd gen ivy bridge i3. That will take advantage of the 1600mhz ram and the Z77 motherboard you're rocking.

Yeah I did install a windows update a few days ago, It does them automatically for me. I think that's probably what's caused it. Do you know how to delete the updates/revert to an old version of windows?
And the celeron is until christmas, then I'm getting a 3570k :)
