Question My pc is not working right

So I have a i5 9400f and 16 of Corsair ram vengeance ddr4 ram and a gigabyte Z390 UD motherboard and a rx 580 8gb and the thing is that my pc goes to the dram for the light then goes to change light then back to cpu then my system doesn’t post or anything ?!! Can someone help me

Have you done anything like reseat the ram, reset cmos, etc. Is everything plugged in how it's supposed to

Yea but it won’t even boot so I can’t clear anything out

You don't need the pc to boot to remove the ram and put it back in the slot. You don't need the pc to boot to pull the battery out from under the gpu, push and hold the power button down for 20 seconds, then replace the battery.

I just ended up doing that and it didn’t work

Have you tried a single stick in every slot, then the other stick in every slot (assuming you have 2x8Gb) and tried to boot between each move?

Yea I did that as well and I did all 4 slots Bc o had extra ram and it still didn’t work

What do you mean extra ram? You are mixing ram?
And you tried 1 stick and nothing?

yea I tried one two three even all 4 slots and no they were the same ram
