My PC reboots when I play COD Advanced Warfare Windows error code

My pc keeps randomly rebooting while playing COD AW. I get a black screen. When I look at the details of the cause of the error Windows gave me the following code. I do not understand what it means. Can someone help me.

Super Flower Leadex Gold 750w tier one PSU (brand new)
1 TB Seagate HDD

Yes it is, right now may be getting lesser frames than you should get actually.
This is a very strange issue. This is what helped me multiple times:
1. Download this: http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
2. Remove the card from the pc and clean it a bit, clean the pc too. (we should work on every factor, like heat)
3. Boot into safe mode.
4. Uninstall the graphics driver using the tool
5. Reboot the system(normal)
6. Install new drivers(don't use beta drivers), fresh install.
7. Reboot system.
8. Try gaming again.
Oh the 116 error code, I have experience(headache actually lol) with this one.
Does this happen with other games too? And when watching HD videos?
Most of the time this is a driver issue.

I have a solution, if that really is the problem I encountered.
