My PC restarts whenever I try to play a game

Whenever I try to play a game, whether it's a demanding game like Battlefield 4 or one that requires minimum specs like Far Cry 3, my computer frezees after a few minutes of playing and then it automatically restarts so I can't play anything on it. It is very annoing. My specs are the following:
CPU: amd fx 6300
GPU: asus amd radeon rx 460 strix, 4gb gddr5, 128bit
8 gb of RAM
1 TB HDD
And a 500w Power supply
Which do you think is the problem? Please help!
Note:The GPU is recently replaced

Hi, my PSU is ZALMAN ZM500-LX, 500w and my CPU temperature while I am gaming is somwhere near 50°C, it is ok considering that the Tj. Max is 70°C, and my GPU has a temperature of 46°C-47°C.

what model is your power supply because i have been told that my psu is inadequate for gaming, i have a 650w corsair vs, apparently the vs line is the worst you can get
