My PC turned off suddenly and wont turn back on immediately

So i was playing games and suddenly my pc shut off and wont turn back on immediately. i have to wait a few minutes to turn on. i have checked the ram and still same. i also reinstall my windows and still the same. on last shut off i have a message that asus anti surge is prevented the surge but i used ups with built in avr and surge protector. so what should i do?

asus b150m pro gaming
Corsair cx600
team vulcan ddr4 2x4

Sounds like a failing PSU and the CX600 isn't that great in terms of quality.
