Question My pc won't post, no matter what I try to fix it. PLS HELP

I've been slowly accumulating parts to build a pc for myself, and now that I have them all, I can't get it to post. I have tried to fix it in so many different ways, and nothing will make it post. It boots up and all the components seem to turn on, but still no signal. My specs:
Gtx 760
Intel i5-4690k
Asus H97m-e (ddr3)
Samsung 850 evo 500gb
A-tech ddr3 dimm non-ecc 240 pin RAM
Evga 600b 80 plus bronze

even with the igpu only (gpu unplugged) it wont turn on?
