Question My PC wont start if GPU has any monitor plugged in it

Hello! My PC won't start if I plug any monitor on the GPU. If I disconnect all the monitors on the GPU, the PC starts normally. During the problem my power supply starts to do a click click click thing and restarting until it starts and throw me to BIOS. Also the time in BIOS sometimes changes to year 2009-2010. I'm posting the video here:

I even changed to a brand new TX750M power supply and nothing happened.

CPU Intel Core i7 4790K
GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 ASUSTek
Power Supply CORSAIR TX750M
Motherboard ASUS B85M-E/BR

One immediate thought:

"Also the time in BIOS sometimes changes to year 2009-2010 " likely indicates the need for a new CMOS battery.

BIOS may be trying to start up via default configuration settings.

I'll buy one battery tomorrow and report back here if it solved my problem.
