[SOLVED] My PC wont turned on

Im trying my luck here. Can you please help me? Here is my pc specs :
Cpu : I5-9400F
Mobo : Asrock B365 Phantom Gaming 4
Ram : team elite 2666 8gb
Psu : be quiet system power 9 500w bronze 80+
GPU : GTX 1050 Ti

So the issue is, at first it turns on, running well, and the motherboard led light used to breathing red light.

But it suddenly shutdown, now the led is blinking fast red light and im unable to turn on the pc at all. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Additional information, here's what i've already tried and its not working :

• moving the RAM Stick position
• take all of the component out, and re-installing it
• removing CMOS battery, and re-installing it.
• plug the psu, press the power button for 30s, and plug back in the psu

None of it working.

you have tried the RAM in each DIMM slot?
not just one other?

the motherboard led light

is this just onboard aesthetic LEDs
or an actual debug light?

now the led is blinking fast red light and im unable to turn on the pc at all.

if motherboard lights are on than the system is getting power, in effect it is "on".
what you cannot do is boot properly if you are not progressing to the post screen.

are case lights turning on when this fast blinking red light is shining?
if not, than the front I\O power button will not work.
you may need to short the 'power on\off' switch's pins on the motherboard front panel connectors.

1. I tried moving the RAM to another slot.
2. The LED is the onboard aesthetic light, which used to blinking like breathing light, now its blinking rapidly.
3. The case light did not turned on, but it didnt turn on aswell before. Its off unless the computer able to boot.
4. Already tried to short the power sw.

And its still wont turned on

i wouldn't be surprised if the board is just bad.
i've see other reports of it failing to load and just showing random onboard LEDs shining.

it's always a good option to test the power supply when in situations like this though.
whichever is easiest; either try it in another system or try another known functioning one in yours.

Yes you should.

PSU can fail sometime.
