Question My pc's USB ports are not working on windows, but in BIOS is working perfectly

Hello everybody, I've got this problem today, I booted my PC and I went to the bathroom and suddenly the pc went in blue screen (my brother told me when I went back), since then the USB ports are not working anymore, I mean by none of all of them is still working (Mouse, Keyboard, External Hardisk). I tried to reboot it several times, no luck. The main problem is if you are going to tell me to go in some settings to resolve this problem, I can't because I can't even access to the user interface. But when I rebooted to access the BIOS it worked finely... I don't know why is that. Any help is appreaciated. Greetings.

Seems to me that the OS went belly up or that your chipset/USB drivers decided to leave the building. What OS are you working with?

Time to goto the local Walmart, get a wired old school PS2 keyboard and mouse (I'm assuming these are on your moboard correct), hook those up and start there.

If you don't have ps2 slots for mouse and keyboard, you will need one of these.

I'm not kidding, you need to get a keyboard and mouse running before you can get anything else going, and this is how I would do it.

After that, you need to tinker with the usb drivers to get those working again.

Ok, my pc have only one PS2 slot, it have a small drawing of a mouse and keyboard. How can I do?

I bought an ps2 adapter because there wasn't any ps2 keyboard, it is not working at all...

Then just connect the keyboard, and use key commands like tab, the windows key and such to navigate windows.

It's really old school, and not fun, but doable.

Very bad news, I took a keyboard ps2 and the pc also doesn't read keyboard!

For some reason it is like the normal usb port, when the I enter in the desktop everything stop working, when I'm not in the desktop the keyboard works...
