Question My phone won't charge when its battery is completely drained

Hey guys, I have a Galaxy A5 2017, and I know it's an old phone but I like it and I like to make it work again. Recently It doesn't charge when the battery is completely drained, but it charges when the battery has some charge. I changed the battery, but the issue is still there, what part could be the problem? I don't think it's a software issue.
