One day I was having issues loading my OS, then I re-seated all the motherboard's components.
I was however careful not to trigger any static electricity, and I avoided touching the capacitors, resistors and all those pretty stuff on the motherboard.
Re-seating solved my booting problem, but ever since my PC's fan has been really noisy. I blowed out the dust, oiled the fans, but that did not work. Now I am really confused.
My PC's temperature averages between 50-70 degrees, and am pretty sure it's not overheating. It's just noisy, especially when I open applications, new webpages, or games
Please help.
