[SOLVED] My Relatek ethernet driver Won't install

Hey everyone,

So I recently built my frist PC and everything is working fine except my relatek ethrnet drivers which will not install, all I get is this error message: "the realtek network controller was not found. if deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable". btw I have the MSI mpg x570 gaming edge wifi. Oh also my pc wont recognise the "wifi" in the motherboard. I went into device manager and under network adapters the wifi adapter is not there. Idk what to do, please help me

So if the card is not showing up in device manager, it will not install the drivers because it isn't there as far as the computer is concerned. Have you tried putting the card in a different slot to see if it can be recognized? Also what are your specs?

So the wifi card is built into the motherboard

My specs:
msi Rtx 2070 armor OC
Amd ryzen 5 3600x
msi mpg x570 gaming edge wifi
corsair Psu (forgot the model , but its bronze 80+ 650W)
Toshiba P300 hard drive
crucial m.2 ssd mx500
Corsair vengence rgb pro ddr4 3200mhz
