[SOLVED] My Router is Way Slower than my Modem

I use an ASUS AC1900 router. I usually get 100 download speed and 10 upload speed, but now I'm getting 50 download speed and 10 upload. I tried connecting my ethernet cable to the modem and the internet was back to normal in terms of speed. I'm not knowledgeable about networking so I don't know what to do.

Yes, I've already did that.

Start with a factory reset of your router. Then set just the admin password, WIFI SSID and passord, and any ISP specific settings. See what your results are after that.

Thank you, factor resetting it fixed it for me. After some experimenting too, I found out that the QoS was not working correctly, so I'm not gonna use it.

My guess is that it was something like that. With 100Mbit and above WAN, QoS on home routers many times does more harm than good.
