Question My screen show weird image when restarting it

Hello!

I have problem that when I restart my monitor it shows this weird image(linked below) and when I restart it again it's back normal. I have no idea what causes this. This only happens with my new computer.

Have you tried swapping ports on the monitor/gpu with your cable? Just to see if it does that with every input or it's a specific one that causes that. Does it do with every monitor? Like try to plug the pc to a tv and check if it does the same. Have you tried another cable?
