My secondary SSD shows on BIOS but it prevents my main SSD from booting, corrupts my main SSD if plugged while the PC is on. The SSD also prevents Windows Installation Media from starting.

I got this faulty Lexar SATA3 SSD 512gb for cheap. I think it's still repairable since BIOS can still detect it just fine.

I plugged it on for a secondary SSD, but it just prevents my main SSD from booting. I've attempted the "leave it idle on BIOS" method to fix it, but it doesn't work. I tried to install Windows 10 on it to see if it's gonna start and fix the SSD, but the installation won't even start. I tried to plug it on while my PC is on directly via SATA port, but the Windows on my main SSD corrupted right away.

The only method i haven't tried is to connect it via USB and fix it using CMD

I'm using MSI A320M motherboard, faulty SSD is Lexar NS100 512gb SATA, main SSD is Imperion 256gb SATA

Solution
SSD's are NOT user repairable, you got what you payed for. Replace it and move on. And NEVER plug/unplug a drive with the power on unless it and the interface are certified for hot plug operation.
