[SOLVED] My sound has stopped working becuase i recently installed realtek audio driver

recently I bought new headphones but the microphone wasn't working so I downloaded the most recent realtek audio driver however now my computer audio stays at 67 and if you turn it up sound stops working even if you turn it back down to 67 please help.

Have you looked in "Control Panel > Sound" to check your default Playback device?
