Hey there guys.

So I recently got an Acer Aspire Timeline which comes with an 20 gig SSD. But for some reason I can't see it but I know that it's working. I would love to access it and put a few programs on it to make it faster.

So here in picture one you'll see that there's only one hardrive:

But when you go into Disk management you can see that the SSD is there:

Hope you can fix my problem. Thanks in advance!

Solution
Then this partition is used for HDD data caching by some software installed on your machine (ExpressCache? Intel RST?). That's why it can't be formatted. Leave it this way, 14GB isn't a lot to store your files, and ssd caching gives you some overall performance boost.
Right click on 14.9 partition (disk1), choose format, assign a label, choose ntfs for file system, default allocation unit, select quick format and press ok. After formatting is completed you can change the auto-assigned drive letter to other one by right clicking and choosing change driver letter.
