My switch is not working if i insert cable from dsl into switch and its length i

my swtch handling almost 20 pcs
when i put dsl cable(short lenght almost 2 meter long) into switch its work good
when dsl cable is long almost 30 meter or more it does not work in switch.

Try a different cable. When you say "DSL Cable" do you mean the ethernet cable from the DSL modem to the switch? Ethernet cable should work fine at 100 feet lengths, if made well and there is no interference in the run.
