Here is the "almost" final verdict for my system build. This is a Media Center and semi-serious gaming system. I probably won't get everything until late January, so... I may make small changes and search for better prices, but this is pretty close to what I want.

Any input is welcome and maybe needed?!

Splendid
Get the winchester core 90 nanos is a lot cooler. Since you will be waiting anyhow, check reviews on the nforce4 boards, as they come out. I'm hoping Abit's version will be nice.

Is this going into a home theater or on a desk?

If you don't want to wait for nForce4, nForce3 is a good option, the entire 250 series fixed the problems of the early 150 series chipsets, and the 250GB is packed with features.
