It seems like there might be an issue with the Windows operating system or the boot process. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the problem:

Disconnect any unnecessary peripherals: Remove all external devices connected to your PC, such as USB drives, printers, or external hard drives. Leave only the essential components connected, like your keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

Check the connections: Ensure that all cables, including the power cable, are securely plugged in. Sometimes loose connections can cause issues.

Clear CMOS: This step involves resetting the BIOS settings to default. To do this, locate the CMOS battery on your motherboard (it's a round, silver battery) and carefully remove it for about 5-10 seconds. Then, reinsert the battery and try booting up the PC again.

Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your computer and continuously press the F8 key (or Shift + F8) during the boot process to access the Advanced Boot Options menu. From there, choose "Safe Mode" and see if Windows loads successfully. If it does, you can try running a system restore to a previous working state or perform further troubleshooting.

Perform a startup repair: If Safe Mode doesn't work, boot into the Advanced Boot Options menu again and select "Repair Your Computer." This will take you to the Windows Recovery Environment, where you can choose "Startup Repair" to attempt automatic repairs for any boot issues.

Check disk and system files: In the Advanced Boot Options menu, choose "Command Prompt" and run the following commands one by one:

chkdsk /r C:
sfc /scannow
The first command checks the integrity of your disk, while the second command scans for and repairs any corrupted system files.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be worth considering reinstalling or repairing your Windows operating system. If you have important data on your system drive, you may want to consult with a professional or consider seeking assistance from a computer repair service to avoid any potential data loss.

Remember to always keep backups of your important files to prevent data loss in situations like these.
