Question My system wont post

So I'm trying to upgrade my system to AM5 I got all the parts

Mob: B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
Ram: 2x16gb ddr5 Corsair Vengence 5200mhz
GPU: MSI 3080 suprim 11 gb
PSU: EVGA 750 GT

After installing all the part with no Storage just to see if it boots to bios, it gave out no display and the Diagnose lights where all static, red on CPU and orange on DRAM

This is not my first pc build but is my first AM5

I went through all the trouble shooting check list, all have shown the same results Static Red and Orange lights

-remove GPU and using APU
-using a different GPU
-disconnected all peripherals and doing a barebone start with 1 ram installed using GPU then switch to APU
-alternating ram slots
-cmos restart
-new bios update / flash Bios
-reseat cpu
-ease pressure / dismount cpu cooler
-re connect and reseated the Cables

All parts are brand new except the GPU and Cooler

I'm at a lost I've been looking into all the possibilities and found no answer

Cant test the Ram nor the CPU because they cost to much for me to reorder new ones

Any tips or help you guys can provide?

Verify that both the 8-pin and 24-pin power connectors are firmly attached on the motherboard AND the PSU.

Also, start with just one stick of memory installed.

Also, remove the 3080 and troubleshoot from there.

When you re-seated the CPU, did you inspect the socket for damage?

Socket was clean and no bent pins, I checked with a flashlight, no irregularities

All power conector are seated in properly with the latch clicking in. I did what you recomended to do Still shows the same error,

All the holes that were on the motherboard aligned with there corresponding standoffs my case had 1 screws too few, so one of the the holes is vacant

I would be suspicious of the motherboard at this point. Memory and CPUs (especially since the AM5 design has no pins on the CPU itself) are pretty durable.

By the way, what CPU cooler are you using?

Is a AIO with 2 fans

Ill have the motherboard check tomorrow in my local PC shop if it is the cuase Ill RMA it.

Is the AIO connected to the CPU fan header, or to a different header on the motherboard? It needs to be connected to the CPU fan header.

The Pump header is on System Pump and the Fans are connected to CPUfan heather

For my am5 it worked like this:

Check every single cable
Check front panel cables
Switch off the power cable and wait for a minute
Pull out cmos battery and press the start button on you case for few seconds
After that put the cmos back, swith back on psu cable

I boot up and updated bios. It showed up maybe few more times and suddenly that post trouble dissapeared.
