Question My tower has a VGA light only since I've plugged in my GPU. I have a arc a750, asrock z690 phantom gaming 4/d5 and a Corsair rm850x as a power supply?

So yeah I'm kinda lost in what to do because I can't even look at the bios settings because it refuses to start unless the computer or rather tower is in sleep mode

When you say VGA light do you mean the post status checker lights on the motherboard? If that is the case then the motherboard is indicating there's a fault with regards to the video card. This could be bad connections, not enough power, a faulty card, or even something wrong with the slot.
