What is that program? is it gpu and cpu heavy?or only gpu?

edit: i was gettin around 70 fps extreme hd preset with my overclocked 780, it was too long though so i closed it after like 5min XD

LOL I'd love to SLI my 770. But at $400 one of them pushed the budget for the moment. Plus my monitor is only 1080p so I'd end up having to buy a new monitor to justify a second 770. That makes it even more expensive.

I've got a post in the "Deals" thread if anyone wants to buy my old GTX 470's though. That would help.. 😉

Really? It freezes? I've gotten mine to 4.8 before. It was running a little hot but no issues that I know of

That's my score with overclocked 780

maybe my cpu is holding me back a little.
its oc @ 3.65
i wonder how you are getting better scores then me, can you share your OC settings please?

I have to say, I have always had 2 screens for my work. The other day I finally decided to try Heaven and Valley using the 2 X 1 Wall display mode . . . I am sold on multi-screen. I am, right now, trying to figure out how to buy a 3rd monitor, 😀

It's uncanny how much more involving the environment is when your peripheral vision is also engaged.

OMG it really is amazing. I remember playing Battlefield 3 for the first time with 3 23" screens the amount of players I caught in the corner of my vision is amazing.

You can easily get 4.5ghz with around 1.25v on the 3570k, temps aren't too high or anything. (mess around with the settings though, all systems are different)

If you were talking to me i have. A 3450 and not 3570k.

That's the highest I can get it before it crashes, and even had to bump it down slightly more when I played crysis it crashed. I am wondering if its my other components offsetting the score?

nah just use evga precision and set power to 106% and add 0.13( it just says 13) in overvoltage.
and if you overclock it alot, set it to higher overvoltage, but 0.13 should be enough for a small\meduim OC.

I see. I was going to get 3xDell 2713HM, had 2 but then I was like, maybe I am better off with one. I would have had to get 2x780 or possibly 3x780 and upgrade to Intel Extreme i7 platform. I do though intend to get Haswell-E, and add 2x780s and 2 monitors. So I am saving up for that, it's going to be at least 3500-4000. The only way I will skip 3 monitors is if the 4K stuff go down on price!

Just do it. Leave it running and so something else in the house until it's finished and look at your scores!

Yeah it freezes. I don't know why. I am probably going to part with the Mobo and CPU and grab a Haswell or just go straight to IB-E!

My card is water cooled. I have it set at +78 for GPU and +600 for Memory clocks. I unlinked the power to heat so they're independent.

I just couldn't see myself spending another 800-900 for a third 27" 2560x1440P but now I regret not doing so and selling the other one. Agh!

Just added my second GTX 770 SC.

Bone stock, both of them. I may OC them some later, but I just ran Heaven in 1 X 2 mode and my temps hit the 80C limit and I began to get some stutter. Didn't even take a complete cycle of the program to reach that limit. And I was only on "moderate" detail. Oh well small case with good, but apparently not great ventilation.

It all depends really since the silicon used are random when it comes to OC. I could show you mine and you will be shocked!
