My Wireless Router Linksys WRT1900ACS not connecting pppoe while restarting again and again.
while tplonk router gets ip very fastly on single restart

Make sure you're on the latest firmware for your new router. Then contact your ISP and see if your router's MAC address needs binding to their device.
