mydvd 5.2 delux software

When using this software it works very well except when i am in editing or scene detection program when i edit video it does not play smoothly in the preview screen it is fragmented Please help

I've noticed this too. But in my experience, the final recorded program will
play ok.

But - Sonic has admitted that there are many flaws with MyDVD 5.2 and 5.3.
I'm pressing them for a free upgrade.
