myscan.loc file

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.perform_maintain (More info?)

My OS is windows XP. Whenever I try to scan something
into my computer I get an error that says: can not find
windows/myscan.loc. Reinstall myscan. I have no idea
where to find this file. Any ideas?

You must have installation cd for your scanner. Thats
were this file would be. You'll probably have to re-
install your scanner. If you install sp2, and you have
usb scanner, you might have to un-install usb driver via
device manager.
