Napoleon Total War Very HIgh Settings

Hello,
I have just built my new gaming rig and was wondering if i will be able to run Napoleon/Empire Total war with all settings on very high at a smooth frame rate
Heres my specs

OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

CPU Intel® Core™ i7 2720QM 2.2GHz (3.3GHz w/Turbo Boost, 6MB Cache)

RAM 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz

GPU 3GB DDR3 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M

HD 500GB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s

you should be able to run at reasonable settings, i dunno about max, then again you have 8 gigs of physical ram so it should look impressive anyway.
i dont think the total war games are that gfx demanding so high settings on that card may well work well.

Depends on your resolution. If it's on the lower end, ie 720p or thereabouts you may be able to pull off the ultra settings. If your resolution is something like 1680x1050 or higher you will probably have to turn some settings down to get an acceptable framerate.

I would play on 1600x900 max or maybe lowebut nothing higher then that

You might be able to pull it off, though you may have to turn off some of the extra eye candy like Screen Space Ambient Occlusion to keep the framerates high enough. Laptop GPUs are not known for their power, though yours is one of the better ones.
