NAT Type stuck on Strict (Black Ops II)

Hey guys,

So i have read over MANY threads both here and through other sites and i have followed different guides but Black Ops 2 is still saying Strict for the NAT Type.

Here is what i have done,

I have set my wireless connection to a Static IP and it works fine. (Internet wise)
I have set up another Game Application (port forward) within the BT Homehub V1 settings with the port 3074, along with countless other ports i have found on forums.

I can see my Device has the running Game Application attached to my IP but it still says strict.

I have also turned off the firewall but Black Ops 2 still says Strict, do we know a work around at all?
