NAT

My son's X-Box 360 just gave him the message that his NAT was closed.
We have the AT&T Wesdell 7550 DSL box.
Many many months ago, I successfully "opened" the NAT but didn't keep the directions since I didn't know I would have to do this again.
Any help out there???

I don't have an AT&T router, but enabling uPnP (universal plug-n-play) in my router opened the NAT setting for me. i have a D'link router.
