Need a cheap-o card

I have a max budget of $50 for my card. I plan to get a GTX 1070 in December so I need something that can run Overwatch 60 FPS 720/1080p for 4 months. Settings can be low. Used is a option.

Save your money.
The integrated HD530 graphics will be stronger than a typical $50 discrete card.
