Need a good benchmark for the Phenom

First of all, thanks for the posts as I struggled to get my new DS5 with Phenom 9500 working. From empty case to having all the bugs squashed took about a week. Everything is stable now.

Now I am looking for a good benchmark program. Unfortunately, my old standby, 3DMARK06, does not seem to know what the Phenom is as it only reports on one 2.2gig core. And gets beat by a dual intel that it reports at 5xxxgb (core X 2).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dennis

What do you want to bench exactly? 3dmark does gpu, even though the cpu does have an effect on it in some of the tests. You're talking about cpu. Supposed it's the latter, google "super pi mod" & do 1 mb (i know it does ram, but AM2/2+ is supposed to have fast ram controllers since they're built into the cpu's). pcmark does more general tests.

Thanks. I'll check out super pi mod. Also, I downloaded the February patch from Futuremark and 3dmark06 is performing much better. They must recognize the Phenom with this patch. Also, I disabled the Phenom TLB patch in my BIOS and I gained 300 points in 3DMARK06. I also have no stablity issues.
