Need advice and opinions on this PC Build

These are the components that I have chosen for my new PC Build

Case: Corsair SPEC Alpha

Questions:

1) To cut down the cost, can I replace Asus Z170-AR/A with the motherboards below without affecting performance? (I don't plan on overclocking any component) Preferably within $110 range

MSI Z170A PC Mate
Gigabyte GA Z170M-D3H
MSI Z170M Mortar

2) Will the Corsair CX600 PSU be good enough for this rig? I don't want to spend more than $60 on PSU. (I will be playing mostly GTA-V, Battlefield 1, Watch Dogs 2, etc)

Consider spending more one the PSU, less on the board.
Changed the CPU to a 6500, the board to the b150 hyper (should you ever want to youvcan 100% still overclock with this setup)
The gammaxx performs about the same as the evo but is half the price.
Changed the PSU, yes its expensive but is the heart of your system & should not be compromised.

& the whole package works out substantially less budget wise.

750W is way over the tops, especially going with a non-k CPU, 550W is all OP needs
but yes, Seasonic / XFX / EVGA Supernova / Antec High Current is worth the investment.
Corsair CX is not recommandable

^ I agree , it was just a lazy option using partpicker as I was mobile based at the time.
Yes anything seasonic based 520w & above is good by me.

I'll stand by the 6500 , hyper board & gammaxx 300 though.

also come in the same price range of b150 hyper, so should I get one of those which I have listed as they have superior chipset?

And also, you suggested to go for i5-6500, so does it come with stock cooler? Even if it does, should I go for after market CPU cooler?
