Hello,i recently got powercolor R9 380x PCS+ MYST edition 2nd hand.I cleaned the old thermal paste and placed some MX4.The problem is my GPU is running too hot and too loud.it reaches 80 grad Celsius after an hour or two of gaming. And when the card gets 70+ grad it becomes very very loud and the fans are spinning like crazy.I measured the fan size and it is 90mm,but i think 92mm will fit just fine.I can order 2x Arctic Cooling F9 and replace my stock fans, but will it help lower temps and noise? Also will it possible to replace only the vanes and not to do things like this?:

Edit:
I also noticed something very strange. My GPU's stock core and memory speed should be 1020 and 1475,but they are 1002,1425.

Solution
I have a 390x and 144hz monitor. The memory clock always is at the same setting as set, right now 1525hz. Idle has been 62c, load during BF 1 or Hitman 2016 is 75c overclocked to 1100ghz temps go up to 80c. Installed Noctua fans.

Some more questions, do you use a total uninstaller to remove old drivers? Stacked drivers could cause problems you probably know, just have to ask. Also don't buy case fans for your gpu, buy the Arctic acelerro extreme iv, it says 15c cooler than the stock fans and quieter. If you can afford it.

yes it can increase temps if there is too much.

So,my dad brought a paste, that he got from his system administrator at his work for free.

I have never heard of the brand, and it looks very cheap, but i tried it to see if it will make a difference.
The old paste(It was actually like a rubber, not like a paste):

The new paste applicated:

The temps actually decreased with 1-2 degrees 😀 .

I will try to reinstall the drivers with display driver uninstaller, but it will probably not help.I know my temps are not dangerous for R9,but i knew there was a problem because the pcs+ from powercolor should deffinetly perform better (according to reviews).I will probably leave it that way,as the temps are not extremely high,i wanted some headroom for OC,but i probably won't be able to squeeze alot.

Anyway, i really appreciate all the support from you guys, i will consult with you if there is another problem.
